About the event
Join fellow TagControl users for an interactive forum focused on real-world use cases, best practices, and what’s coming next. Connect with peers, share insights, and get direct access to the TagControl team. This is your chance to learn, influence our roadmap, and be part of the community shaping the future of TagControl.
The forum will begin with an informal networking lunch at the EAM Worldwide booth (Stand 5C10) starting at 12:15 PM. This will be a great opportunity to meet other attendees, connect with the TagControl team, and kick off the afternoon in a relaxed setting.
After lunch, we will walk together to Conference Room B6.1, where the main forum sessions will take place.
Pre-registration is required for all attendees.
This event is reserved exclusively for existing airline clients of EAM RFID Solutions.

12:30 PM – 1:30 PM – Networking Lunch (3-Course) at EAM Worldwide Booth
A hosted lunch at the EAM Worldwide booth with fellow User Forum participants, the EAM RFID Solutions team, and EAM Worldwide management. An informal opportunity to connect, exchange experiences, and begin discussions ahead of the forum sessions.

Forum Sessions
1:45 PM – 2:00 PM – Welcome & Introductions (15 minutes)
A brief welcome and round of introductions to meet your fellow attendees. Participants will share their roles, organisations, and how they currently use TagControl. The EAM RFID Solutions team and EAM Worldwide management will be present.
2:00 PM – 3:30 PM – Airline User Presentations (90 minutes)
Hear directly from airline partners as they share real-world experiences, challenges, and success stories with TagControl. These short, focused presentations will highlight practical use cases, lessons learned, and how RFID solutions are driving measurable operational improvements. Each presentation will conclude with a dedicated Q&A session.
3:30 PM – 4:00 PM – Product Roadmap & New Features (30 minutes)
The EAM RFID Solutions team will present upcoming feature developments, product enhancements, and long-term roadmap plans for both TagControl Cabin and TagControl Inventory. This session will provide a preview of what’s coming next and how future updates are being shaped by user feedback.
4:00 PM – 4:30 PM – Open Q&A & Roundtable Discussion (30 minutes)
An interactive forum for questions, feedback, and discussion. Share your ideas, ask questions, and engage directly with the TagControl team to help shape the future of the platform.
About the Forum
By hosting the TagControl User Forum alongside AIX, we are creating a natural space for our user community to connect while already gathered at the industry’s leading event. This setting encourages meaningful conversations, knowledge sharing, and collaboration.
If you are unable to attend the lunch but wish to join the User Forum sessions, please let us know in advance, this is absolutely fine.
Important: AIX 2026 Admission & Visa Responsibility
Please note that attendance at the TagControl User Forum does not include entry to Aircraft Interiors Expo (AIX) 2026.
All participants are personally responsible for:
Registering for AIX 2026
Securing their own AIX badge for access to Hamburg Messe
Arranging travel and accommodation
Obtaining any required visa for Germany
AIX 2026 takes place April 14 to 16, 2026 at Hamburg Messe, Germany.
A valid AIX badge is required to enter the venue and attend the TagControl User Forum.
If you require a visa, you can request an official visa invitation letter during AIX registration or via the exhibitor portal. We strongly recommend registering early to allow sufficient time for visa processing.
